BGB seize smuggled goods worth Tk 116.73 cr in Feb

Staff Reporter :Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized a huge quantity of smuggled goods and illegal drugs worth about Tk 116.73 crore from different parts of the country in February compared with Tk 113.64 crore in January this year.Of the seized goods, 11,84,913 pieces were Yaba tables, 22,980 bottles of phensidyle, 1,632 kilograms cannabis, 4.89 Kgs of foreign heroine, two Kgs golds, 20,531 bottles of wine, 15,84,880 pieces of illegal tablets and huge clothes and woods, said an official release.BGB personnel...
