“HR HULK 2016-In Search of the Next Smashing HR Manager” an Inter-University HR competency competition was held at United International University (UIU) in Dhanmondi.
The HR Forum, a wing of UIU Career Counseling Center, organised the programme.
General Md Abdul Mubeen, NDC, PSC (retired), Vice-Chancellor of UIU Professor M Rezwan Khan, Chairman of United Power Generation and Distribution Company Limited (UPGD), Managing Director of Unique Group Noor Ali, Managing Director of Epyllion Group. Reaz Uddin Al-Mamoon, Deputy Managing Director of SSG Bangladesh Ltd Harun-ar-Rashid, President, Asia Pacific Federation of HRM and BSHRM Musharrof Hossain, Director of Unique Hotel and Resorts Ltd Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, Managing Partner of Hoda Vasi Chowdhury and Co were present at the HR HULK-2016 programme.
The competition was divided into 4 rounds. The rounds were Buzzer round, Case Solving, Group discussion and a Presentation. With four rounds of different levels, the competition involved 48 teams of 3 members each, with a total of 144 contestants from 50 different public and private universities across the country. Prominent HR personalities from different successful organisations were present at the panel discussion.
