A seminar on qualitative higher study and research titled “Building Awareness on Quality Assurance Among Stakeholders” was held at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology(CUET) central auditorium on Thursday.
Following the directives of the Quality Assurance Unit of University Grants commission, Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology organized the seminar duly initiated by Institutional Quality Assurance Cell-QAC of CUET.
Vice Chancellor of CUET Prof Dr.Jahangir Alam graced the seminar as chief guest. The chief guest in his brief deliberations said Quality Assurance is one of the epochmaking and effective initiatives of the present govt.
He further said ensuring the qualitative education ,every teacher should impart lesions to the students about the quality of education and research till end of their educational life as it may impact their professional life. Pro-VC of CUET attended the seminar as special guest.
Among others, Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell Prof. Dr.Hazrat Ali, UGC Professor Dr. Mesbahuddin Ahmed Assurance Specialist of QAU Dr. M. Abul Hashem and Prof. Dr. Sanjay Kumar Adhikari spoke on the occasion.
Teachers of all status and the higher officials of CUET were present in the seminar among others, a CUET sources said.
