Popular TV actor Abdur Noor Shojol and National Film Award winner actress Aparna Ghosh worked together very little bit. But their works became popular among the viewers.
To cast them, promising director Srabon Chakraborty Dipu has made a play titled Krishnokoli’r Atmokotha. Yusuf Bashar wrote story of the play and director Dipu himself wrote its script and dialogue also.
Its shooting was wrapped up at Betila Zamidar House in Manikganj. In the play, Aparna played the role of Krishnokoli while Shojol acted in role of son of zamidar Pratul Joardar.
While talking about making the play its director Srabon Dipu told this correspondent, “A relationship was built up between son of zamidar and daughter of a fisherman Krishnakoli. Once facing obstacles from Pratul’s parents Krishnakoli skipped the relationship. Krishnokoli’s parents arranged her marriage with other person. While going to her law’s house she bowed down to Pratul’s leg for getting prayer. Later, she did not find anymore. She left this world.”
Shojol shared his feelings by this way, “It was my first work under Dipu’s direction. He worked in organized way. I worked with Aparna in some good story based plays. I directly and seriously say that Aparna is my favourite actress. I always enjoy working with her. I believe viewers will enjoy the play.”
Aparna said, “Krishnokoli is really a challenging role. Despite having hot and highest temperature we had to work in Manikganj for shooting. I am very much optimistic about this play. I always feel comfortable to work with Shojol Bhai. He is such a nice co-actor by whom anybody can easily work with him comfortably.”
