UNB, Benapole (Jessore) :
A young man was killed after falling from the roof of a running bus in Sharsha upazila of Jessore district early Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Tuhin,34, son of Sadek Ali, a resident of the area.
Witnesses said Tuhin while travelling on the rooftop of a bus from Benapole fell down from the vehicle in the area on Friday night as he got hurt with a roadside tree.
Injured Tuhin was admitted to Jessore 250-bed Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries early Saturday.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for an autopsy.
