A court in Dhaka on Wednesday issued arrest warrants against four including BNP Senior Joint Secretary Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi in two separate cases.
Dhaka’s Special Judge Court-1 Metropolitan Sessions Judge KM Imrul Kayes passed the order accepting the charge sheets against them into cognizance.
Other three accused are Shahin, Delwar and Rana. Of the eight accused, other four are on bail and they are- Amir Hossain, Ashraf Hossain, Hanif Raihan and Rahim.
Earlier, March 2 was fixed for charge hearing in the two cases.
The two cases have been lodged with Hatirjheel Police Station in the capital in December 2019 under the Special Power Act and the Explosive Substances Act.
