The country’s electronics company ‘Walton’ is going to release huge power efficient inverter technology 2-ton air-conditioners as well as 5-ton commercial or cassette type air-conditioners. These new versions air-conditioners will hit the local market very soon, says a media release.
Walton officials said that ionizer, smart and huge power efficient inverter air-conditioners, manufactured at Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited at Chandra in Gazipur, have been turned into the customers’ prime attraction.
Now, Walton is manufacturing and marketing 18,000 BTU’s IoT and inverter technology’s Smart AC at Tk 65,000 in the local market. In addition, people can buy Walton brand’s inverter air-conditioners of 18000 BTU at Tk 63,500. Prices of Walton brand 18000 BTU and 24000 BTU’s AC with ionizer technology are Tk 49,900 and Tk 56,900 respectively.
