Five popular singers Dolly Shayontini, Agun, Mehrab, Sithi Saha and Porshi for the first time worked together in a telefilm. Except Dolly Shayontini, rest four singers had experience to act in the small screen earlier.
While sharing her feelings to act in the Eid telefilm Dolly Shayontini said, “Earlier I got many offers to acting. But I did not show any interest for acting. This time I have agreed to work after getting proposal from Shuvro Dada. It is really a mixed reaction for me which I can’t express in a word. But it is really an exceptional feeling. I do not know what will be viewers’ feelings.”
Directed by Arif Khan these five singers worked together in a telefilm titled Srabon Eshechhilo Gaan Hoye under the story written by Faria Hossain. Shooting of the telefilm will be wrapped up on September 6 in the city’s Uttara area.
In the telefilm, Dolly is playing the role of Polly, Agun’s wife. Porshi acted in role of Polly’s younger sister in the telefilm. Sithi, Mehrad and Shuvro Dev acted in roles of Tithi, Mishuk and Shimanto respectively. Agun worked in role of Shahed.
While talking about the telefilm Agun told this correspondent, “I have really liked the storytelling of Faria Apa. I have really enjoyed working with singers in this telefilm. I believe it will become a nice work.” Arif Khan informed that the telefilm will be aired on NTV in Eid-ul-Azha.
