Affri Selina could become more engage in acting with movies earlier. Due to acting in telefilms and dramas and also performing as model in different TV commercials she could not give time to big screen. But Affri Salina’s smiling, pronunciation, height, beauty and overall her personality – everything are appropriate for
acting in movie. However, her fortune did not favour to work in movie at all. She acted superb in movie Nil Foring, which was stated by
director of the film Idris Haider. But the film
yet released. Viewers could not get the scope to watch her performance in the big screen. In fact, Selina did not quit her effort to establish in the big screen till now. Affri Selina is working with dedication in TVCs, dramas and telefilms. Now good news is that she has completed and also engaged with acting in several numbers of movies. She has already finished shooting of Bangladesh-London joint venture movie Before I Die. The movie team will start campaign soon. Affri Selina informed that Idris Haider directed movie Nil Foring will get release date soon. She has also finished shooting of Fahmida Prema’s movie Maya – The Revenge. But right now Selina is more optimistic about her acted movie Station, directed by Russell Ahmed. Masum Reza wrote story of the movie. According to Selina, as the story of Station is written by Masum Reza so she is very much optimistic about this film. She also acted in Shalpa Media’s movie Mon Jare Chai. Within very short time, she will start shooting of Shaheen Sumon’s movie Heart-bit. But who will work against her yet not confirmed. Despite it took more time but Affri Selina is becoming busy with acting in movies one after another. Her dream comes true. While talking in this regard she said, “Every actor has a dream to establish in movie. I want to engage myself with acting in movies. In the beginning of my career, I had to struggle a lot. I have to prove myself through acting in challenging roles in TV
dramas and telefilms. Now directors are keeping confidence on me. I am also respect them working by own liking way. I have already
finished shooting of some movies. I have been also engaged with acting in some movies now. But I am hopeful about my acted movie Station because respected Masum Reza Sir wrote story of this film. My character in this movie is outstanding. I believe if this movie releases viewers will watch me in new way. I have already
finished shooting of Mahmudur Rahman Hime’s serial House No 96. Therefore, I am
also regular in other dramas and TVCs now.”
