The Walton Victory Day Wrestling (Men’s & Women’s) Competition concluded at the Gymnasium of National Sports Council on Friday.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) emerged as the champions of the Men’s Division. BGB bagged four gold medals, three silver medals and two bronze medals.
Bangladesh Army became champions of the Women’s Division. Bangladesh Army captured four gold medals, four silver medals and seven bronze medals.
After the ending of the meet, First Senior Additional Director of Walton FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Deputy Director of Walton Ashiq Al Mamun was with him as the special guest.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Amateur Wrestling Federation Tabiur Rahman Palowan and Joint-Secretary of the Federation Mejbah Uddin Azad were present at the time.
