A protest rally was organized in front of 10 Downing Street in London by BNP in UK demanding the unconditional release of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and her better treatment abroad, and also in protest of killing Bhola district Chhatra Dal President Noor-e Alam and Swechchhasebak Dal leader Abdur Rahim.
UK BNP President MA Malek presided over the program, while Secretary Kayser M Ahmed conducted it held on August 8.
United Kingdom BNP Senior Joint Secretary Parvez Mollick, Swechchhasebak Dal President Nasir Ahmed Shaheen, United Kingdom Jubo Dal President Rahim Uddin, former Chhatra Dal leader Advocate Md Amir Hossain Sarker, Md Abu Bakar Siddique, Wahidul Islam, among others, spoke in the rally.
