A discussion meeting was held on Sunday at Dhaka Sangbadik Grihasangsthan Samabay Samity Limited (DSGSSL) office at Mirpur to condole the death of two senior journalists Abdul Khaleque and Zulfiqar Ahmed Kishmati, said a press release. The two journalists died recently.
Speakers at the meeting while recalling their contributions in the field of journalism paid glowing tributes to the meory and also recalled different aspects of their professional career.
Presided over by President of DSGSSL Nurul Huda, the meeting was addressed, among others, by DSGSSL Secretary Aminul Haque, senior journalists Sale Uddin Chowdhury, Harun Habib, Ziaul Huq, Khalilur Rahman, Shamsul Huq Zahid, BM Yousuf, AL-haj Akram Hossain Khan, Mostafa Kamal Majumder and Abdul Awal Tagore.
A special minajat was offered for peace of the departed souls of the deceased.
