The 9th Annual General Meeting of Energyprima Limited (EPL) held Recently at the Company’s 50 MW Power Plant Project, Shahjibazar, Hobigonj. The meeting was presided over by the shareholder of the company Kamaluddin Ahmed and attended by the Managing Director, Moazzam Hossain, Director, Shahadat Hossain, Company Secretary Md. Asrafuzzaman, other shareholders and senior officials of the company. The company declared 18 percent final cash dividend in the meeting for the period ended on June 30, 2016.
