Md. Bablu Hossen, a tea seller in Chuadanga Sadar, got a brand new car from Walton for purchasing and registering a 24-inch LED television under the nationwide ongoing Digital Campaign Season-3, a press release said.
On September 17 last, Bablu purchased a Walton brand’s 24-inch LED TV worth of Tk 14,000 with the down-payment of Tk 5,000 from Goldstar Elecronics, a distributor outlet at Badurtola in Chuadanga Sadar. Then, he registered the purchased television through sending SMS from his mobile phone. Few minutes later, he received a return SMS with the message of getting a brand new car from Walton.
The car handover ceremony was attended, among others, by Walton Group’s Deputy Director Rakibul Hossain Ahmed, Proprietors of Goldstar Electronics Mahfuz-Ur-Rahman Joardar.
