Bangladesh fast bowler Taskin Ahmed and left arm spinner Arafat Sunny’s will appear bowling action test tomorrow (September 8) at National Cricket Centre Lab in Brisbane, Australia.
Taskin’s bowling action will be tested at 10 am in the morning while Sunny will undergo his test at 2 pm.
Earlier, on Monday, the duo left for Australia to appear bowling action test.
They will practice on the day before their tests and are expected to return home on September 11. Publication of the results, however, could take up to three weeks.
Sunny and Taskin were reported for suspect bowling actions during a World T20 match against Netherlands in India earlier this year.
Since then, Taskin and Arafat have worked on modifying their respective actions and have even been tested by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
With the England series due in a month’s time, the board is confident that both these bowlers will be available in time for the competition.
