The taekwondo special training workshop will conclude today (Sunday) at Dhanmondi Sultana Kamal Women’s Sports complex in the city, said a press release on Saturday.
Chief patron of Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation (BTF) M Omar Faruk Chowdhury will be the chief guest on the closing day of the ten-day workshop and will hand over the certificates among the participants at 3.30 pm.
BTF general secretary Mahmudul Islam Rana, BTF officials and trainers will also present on the occasion.
Earlier on January 9, a four-member of expert trainer team from South Korea arrived in Bangladesh to give higher training to the taekwondo players to make the players more efficient so that they can bring more international laurels for the country.
The BTF organized the special training workshop where 200 taekwondo players have taken part in the program.
