Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members arrested a smuggler along with import ban Indian smuggled injection worth Tk10 lakh from Sikri Bottola area in Benapole on Friday noon.
The arrestee was Jaheed Hossain, 34 son of Ali Hossain of Baropota village in Benapole. Lt Col Salim Reja , Commanding Officer, BGB-49 battalion said ,Being informed that a huge quantity of import banned Indian injection smuggled from India were seized by a team of BGB.

conducted a drive in the area, later the BGB team seized 347 pics of Injection . Sensing their presence of the BGB the smuggler fled the scene leaving behind the injection. A case was filed with Benapole Police Station.
