Under the initiative of CCDB Biochar Project, dealers and retailers of Shibalaya, Ghior, Daulatpur, Saturia, Harirampur and Manikganj Sadar Upazilas are provided training (fertilizer, seeds) for commercialization of Biochar and Biochar Enrich Organic Fertilizer in CCDB Dashchira Training Room. The training was held at the CCD’s Dashchira Training Center on Thursday (August 26th) with financial support from the international donor organization ICCO and Cork in Actie.
Shibalaya Upazila Agriculture Officer Mohammad Riazur Rahman was present as chief guests where Upazila Youth Development Officer Matiar Rahman, Media Personality Mohammad Younus Ali, CCDB CPRP Shibalaya Program Officer Polycarp Rinku Dio, and Biochar Project Technical Officer Krishna Kumar Singh were special guests at the training.
