FBCCI Senior Vice President Sheikh Fazle Fahim left Dhaka on Wednesday for China to attend the “13th China-South Asia Business Forum” to be held in Kunming, China. The forum has jointly organized by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and People’s Government of Yunnan Province. The theme of this forum this year is ‘Interconnection, Sharing and Win-win Cooperation’, said a press release.
FBCCI Senior Vice President will make a presentation at the BCIM Business Forum and Business Matching session. The FBCCI leader, in his presentation will highlight the ways and means for enhancing trade and investment cooperation within China and the South Asian countries. He will invite the BCIM Countries to invest in oil refinery, Pharmacitucals, Tourism and Agro based industry etc in Bangladesh. Fahim will also urge the BCIM member Countries to import Bangladeshi RMG, pharmaceuticals, jute goods, leather goods, furniture, plastics and ceramics products.
