Shanu to be regular in book fair from today

Due to ongoing coronavirus pandemic this year Amar Ekushey Boi Mela (book fair) started in March. For this reason, Lux star, popular actress and later turned writer Shanarei Devi Shanu did not get the scope to visit the book fair regularly. Because she had to engage to perform as judge at the primary round of new reality show Anonno Protibha,
organised by private TV channel NTV, for last two months. After performing her responsibilities, Shanu has also been attached with this reality show to engage herself with related activities of the event
to keep request from the producer of the show Wahidul Islam Shuvro. Shanu informed that from today (April 1) she will be regular in the book fair. Shanu written two novels were published in this year’s book fair. These are: Aamar Ekta Tui Chai,
published from Ananya Prokashoni, and Iti
Meghbalok, published from Tamrolipi Prokashoni.
While talking about her novel book Aamar Ekta Tui Chai, Shanu said, “It is a psychological thriller based novel. I have tried to present how a
relationship breaks down through unnecessary doubts among three characters of the novel. Readers will get different taste while studying the book. On the other hand, Iti Meghbalok is absolutely a romantic story based novel which based on a love story. Chandra and Nil are two main characters of this novel. After introducing with Nil for a single day through Facebook, Chandra visits with him in Bandarban. I have already getting response for this book now. In fact, I do not miss my fans and readers. From now I will be regular in book fair.” Ekla Akash was Shanu’s first novel. Lipstick was
her second novel book. She has five poetry books.
Shanu has also published a children book.
