Shanta Jahan is one of the popular news presenters of present generation. For her outstanding presentation she is reliable to the organisers of different stage and TV shows. Shanta has established her position in media by virtue of her dedication to works, which brought her to present position. For anchoring, she recently got an award from a big platform of the country. For this reason, organisers are showing their keen interest about to take her.
In her long time career in anchoring, Shanta has been getting offer to perform as model in music videos of popular singers of the country. She did not agree to work. At last, she performed as model in a duet song rendered by Dithi Anwar and Yousuf Ahmed Khan titled Ekti kotha hoini bola. She also got appreciation for performing as model in the video song, which lyric was written by Sakhawat Hossain Maruf, while music was arranged by singer Yousuf himself. Zahidul Islam made the music video.
For the first time to perform as model in a music video, Shanta Jahan is getting appreciation from the viewers. While talking in this regard she said, “In my career in anchoring when I became busy with my works I started to get offer to perform as model in music videos of popular singers. Due to many reasons, I couldn’t perform in these works. Dithi is my favourite person and Yousuf is my good friend. I like lyric and tune of the song and also rendering style of the singers. For this reason, I agreed to work. After releasing the song, I have been getting huge response. I have been getting serious response from them who are connected with me and not unknown. I am delighted in this regard.”
Meanwhile, now Shanta has been passing busy time with anchoring a TV channel’s reality show Banglar Gayen. During days of lockdown, she hosted online shows. In the meantime, she is hosting a show Sonali Life Sonali Jibon on ATN Bangla now. However, she is going to start hosting a new magazine show Sera Narir Sera Ranna on Ekushey Television soon, Shanta also said.
