Shakib allowed to play after September 15

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) reduced the punishment of Shakib Al Hasan. Shakib Al Hasan can play in the domestic and international matches after September 15.
Shakib Al Hasan can take part for Bangladesh in the home series and abroad series against the foreign teams. Besides, Shakib Al Hasan can participate in all domestic competitions.
The Board Meeting of BCB Directors took this decision on Tuesday.
So, Shakib Al Hasan will play for Bangladesh against upcoming Zimbabwe series.
Hasan can take part in the Dhaka Metropolis Premier Division Cricket League.
Shakib Al Hasan has been banned for six months by BCB as the ace all-rounder broke the agreement between BCB and Shakib Al Hasan. Hasan has been suspended and he could not play for Bangladesh National Cricket team against the foreign teams. Besides, BCB has suspended Shakib from all domestic cricket competitions for six months.
BCB took this decision in a Board Meeting of BCB Directors on July 7.
Later, Shakib Al Hasan appealed to BCB to reconsider his punishment on July 20.
After that the BCB boss Nazmul Hassan Papon hinted that BCB would reduce his punishment.
It is noteworthy that Shakib Al Hasan will not get any No Objection Certificate (NOC) from BCB to play in the international cricket tournaments like IPL, CPL, County Cricket Championship for one and half years. Yesterday BCB upheld that decision.
