Entertainment Report :Lux superstar and popular TV actress-model Badhon will contest in the election of Bangladesh Dental Society 2015 which will be held at Dhaka Dental College in the city’s Mirpur area today. Badhon is contesting in the election for the first time. She will contest for the post of Assistant Cultural and Entertainment Secretary in the polls. While talking about the reason to contest in the election all on a sudden Badhon told this correspondent, “After many years election of Bangladesh Dental Society is going to be held. For the previous years about seven to eight thousand dentists completed their study. But they are not doing well in their profession because Society is not being worked for them. Therefore, they are not getting honourable salaries. For this reason, some of them are engaged in alternative jobs. As a dentist, I am also select acting as my work. But I think these talents cannot be destroyed under this process. As a result, I have decided to contest in the election for the welfare of the dentists. Society has assured to me cooperate in this regard.” Meanwhile, from Thursday Badhon has started shooting of Hasan Jahangir’s directed Eid play titled Sondeho Begum. On the occasion of Eid she has planned to act in several other single episode plays, Badhon said.
