The famous character of Gori Mem from hit television show ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai’ is loved by people across all age groups. There’s not-so-good news for fans of the show, as reports suggest that Gori Mem aka Saumya Tandon is quitting the show.
Yes! According to Times Of India.com, Saumya, who plays Anita Bhabhi or Gori Mem in the show has reportedly called it quits. The report mentions that there are rumours doing the rounds that her contract has not been renewed by the makers of the hit sit-com.
Saumya even took to Twitter and her latest cryptic tweet is hinting at a possible goodbye to the show from her side.
Earlier, Shilpa Shinde was in news for quitting the show and was later replaced by Shubhangi Atre, who currently play Angoori Bhabhi. However, some time back Shilpa hit the headlines for accusing the producer of the show Sanjay Kohli of sexually harassing her and even filed a case against him.
