It is leant that Chairman Aziz gang had provided about 500 NIDs to the Rohingyas and enlisted them in voter list taking money with the help of Upazila selection Officials.
In hilly region it needs 14 officials, recommendations including UNO to get a NID.
When visited to the Naikhongchhari Election Office it was found that all 500 Rohingyas details remained in the EC server.
Yusuf Nabi, a small shop owner at Gumdum’s Rezu Amtali area. He came to Bangladesh as a refugee, now he is a Bangladeshi citizen owing an NID. Yusuf claims his father’s name is Ashraf Ali. But Ashraf Ali does not recognize him. Bangladeshi NID owner Rohingya refugee Ziabul, Azizul Hoque’s stories are almost same.
