Robi becomes ‘Most Socially Devoted Brand’ in the World

Robi has officially been declared as the #1 ‘Most Socially Devoted Brand’ in the world across all categories. The acknowledgment comes from ‘Socialbakers’ – a globally recognized online analytics publishing company – for the period of Q3, 2015. Robi is the only Bangladeshi brand to have achieved this glory.
Robi has beaten all the giant brands of the world to secure this coveted position. Fanbase engagements on queries made online, response time, response rate are some of the key criteria used by Socialbakers to determine the ranking.
Previously, from July to December 2014, Robi’s Facebook page was the most Socially Devoted brand in the telecom category, according to Socialbakers.com.
Robi Facebook page’s response rate for Q3 2015 was an outstanding 99.2% and it took only 11 minutes to respond to customer & fan queries during this period. This indicates that more and more people are using social media for various queries on the company’s activities.
