A female ready-made garment worker was allegedly killed at South Jarun, Kashimpur in Gazipur district on Wednesday.
The deceased was recognized as Mitu Akter, 22, from Morelganj of Bagerhat district.
The incident happened inside a factory named ‘Delta Apparels’, on Wednesday evening.
The deceased Mitu akter got married with one Sohel Rana, also a garment worker, but they dissolved their marriage life a few months ago.
The body was sent to Shahid Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College & Hospital, said Md Mobarak Hossain, Police Outpost In-Charge of Konabari, Gazipur district.
