Richi, Milon pair up in Independence Day play

Now Anisur Rahman Milon has become more serious in film industry that he can’t manage time to act either in TV play or telefilm. But when he gets any good script for a special day play Milon tries to perform.
He has acted in such a special day play on the occasion of coming Independence Day. Title of the play is Chokh-er Joley. Directed by Chayanika Chowdhury story of the play was also written by her. Milon and popular actress Richi Solaiman performed together in role of husband-wife in the play Chokh-er Joley.
It may be mentioned that as a pair, Richi and Milon acted first play was also directed by Chayanika Chowdhury in 2014. This year they again first performed together Chayanika’s direction.
While sharing her feelings to act against Milon Richi told this correspondent, “Milon is my intimate friend. He is an outstanding actor too. As a person, Milon is that type of friend not only kids like him but also eighty years old persons also like his friendship. He can easily mix with others. He doesn’t criticise other from the backside. It is his one of the good qualities.”
Milon shared his feelings by this way, “Richi is one of oldest and closest friends of mine. I have better understanding with her that when I see Richi is my co-actress my work in the play becomes comfortable. Richi is not only that type actress who can easily blends with her role but also she is very much cooperative against her co-actor while acting in any play or telefilm.”
“Richi is very straight-cut person. We have enjoyed acting in the play Chokh-er Joley. I am really grateful to Chayanikadi to give me an opportunity to act in a nice play,” Milon said while talking about his performance in the play.
The play Chokh-er Joley will go on air in any satellite channel on the occasion of coming March 26.
Under the direction of Chayanika Chowdhury Richi and Milon first performed together in 2007 in a play titled Je Bhuley Tomai Bhuli. Later they performed together in several plays like Rupkothar Behala, Ekjon Eshechhilo, O Pashey Borof Dana, etc.
Meanwhile, works of Milon’s acted movies Black Mail, directed by Anonyo Mamun, One Way, directed by Iftekhar Chowdhury, Bhalobasha Shimahin, directed by Shah Alam Mondal, Ratrir Jatri, Habibul Islam Habib, are going to finish soon, Milon said.
On the other hand, Richi’s acted two drama serials – Hollabaji, directed by Golam Sohrab Dodul, and Mayar Khela, directed by Rulin Rahman, are being aired on Banglavision and RTV respectively now.
