Internally crimes are on rise

An Italian national was shot dead in Dhaka’s diplomatic area Gulshan on September 28, 2015 and a Japanese national was also killed by shooting in Rangpur on October 3, 2015. The two murders were committed in the span of five days. We are feeling very upset by these incidents. Who could be behind these horrible crimes? What is the motive for killing the foreign nationals?
It is the duty of the law enforcing agents to unearth the mystery and arrest the criminals. The government must give instructions to arrest the murderers at any cost. But we are noticing that high ups of government officials have started blaming so and so, before any investigation has been performed. It is not the right approach as it will influence the investigation.
At a summit in New York on September 28, 2015, fifty countries have pledged 40,000 more troops for United Nations peacekeeping. More than 125,000 troops and police from 124 countries serve in UN peace missions. Bangladesh is the top contributor in this mission 9,432 members of Bangladesh armed forces and police are now serving in peace-keeping mission and they are doing an excellent job. Bangladesh is ready, if necessary, to send more troops to the peacekeeping mission.
But alas, at home there is no peace for us, everyday murders, rapes, dacoities, and kidnappings, in short all sorts of crimes are taking place and it is increasing day by day. People are at their wits end not knowing how to survive. So, is it not essential that those peacekeepers who are doing so well in foreign countries, should return to their motherland and serve their own people?
