Ratio of siblings in prenatal properties

One of the most important jobs according to the Quran is lawful sharing of the deceased’s property. But it is in most cases not done, partly due to ignorance and partly due to the tendency of depriving the rightful claimants. So, we must know all about the laws of inheritance in order to guard against the Punishment of Allah.
If the deceased leaves neither parents nor offspring, but wife; she will share one-fourth of the property and then the deceased’s sib lings will get the residue, brother getting twice of a sister. If the deceased is a female and leaves neither parents nor offspring, but husband; he will get half of the whole property. Thereafter, her brothers and children will receive the residue, a brother getting twice of a sister since female(s) have no financial liability.
According to the Decree of Allah, the violator will be severely punished. The text of the Verse No. 14, Surah An Nisa, Al -Quran is the following:
“And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits, He will put’ him into the Fire to abide eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment.”
It is very much clear that brothers and sisters’ offspring will not be entitled to the deceased’s property in any case.
