Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions. Moreover, a few places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions are likely to see heavy to heavy falls and hail storm. Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a met office release here on Friday.
Country’s highest rainfall for last twenty-four hours till 6 am on Friday was recorded 56 millimeters (mm) at Rangpur. Highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 34.2 degree celsius at lowest temperature was recorded on Friday 20 degree celsius at Badalgachhi.
