Radisson Blu Ctg launches seafood buffet

The 5-star Hotel Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View’s X-change Restaurant renowned for its value-for-money buffets is launching a special seafood dinner buffet every night from Monday for the next 10 days, says a press release.
The price per person has been fixed at Tk 2,950 all inclusive and the buffet will start at 6.30 pm onward on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. However, certain bank card holders are entitled to enjoy ‘Buy One Get One Free.’
“Fish can be a great food, and so can crabs and lobsters and prawns! Fish are low in calories and also a good source in vitamins and minerals. Moreover, seafood contains healthy omega-3 fatty acid,” the hotel management said in a statement.
Apart from the expensive choices of fresh and delicate seafood, the specialty of this seafood feast is that it will be cooked with pure delicacies and served with special sauce for each kind to bring out the freshness and create a burst of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.
Some of these are Seafood Thermidor in Crab Shell, Sea Fish Chowder Soup, Grilled Bhetki with Romesco Sause, Seafood Paella, Seafood Dumplings, Korean Style Octopus with Spaghetti, Grill King Prawn, fish kabab, Prawn fajitas and many more.
Each dish holding on to its simplicity and authenticity are prepared with a touch of modern twist to elevate the flavors. Provided that, there will also be a fascinating live cooking station as well as a variety of local and international dishes served along with the seafood to uphold a feast of pure happiness and remembrance during EID, said the statement.
