Viewers’ choice popular actress Purnima was last seen to perform as a model in a TVC in October of last year. Later she did not work. As a result, for last six months she was absent in media. She has been passing busy days with maintaining her family and children. But she had intention to return to work. She informed that if she would like any telefilm or play or TVC or movie she will return. It became true.
It is the first work of this year by Purnima. She performed as a model in a TVC of a multinational company. Shooting of the TVC was done under huge colourful arrangement in Manikganj on April 5. Mizanur Rahman has made the TVC. Talented cinematographer of present time Razu Raj was in direction of camera. Film actor Emon was Purnima’s co-performer in the TVC.
While talking about working in the TVC Purnima told this correspondent, “Few days ago, I was supposed to work in an Eid telefilm. Though the work began but due to sickness of its director it remained stopped. Theme of the story of the TVC, location and big arrangement for the shooting of the TVC – overall everything were attracted to me so I have agreed to perform. Therefore, earlier I worked in same company’s TVC. As a result, I thought it would be a nice work. I am really satisfied to perform in this TVC.”
Purnima also informed that the TVC will go on air in different satellite channels before Eid-ul-Fitr. In last October, she performed in a TVC of plastic shelf directed by Sunbeam Ashraf. Before last Eid-ul-Azha, she also performed under same director’s a TVC of pressure cooker.
It is noted that Purnima acted last released movie was Sohanur Rahman Sohan’s ‘Lobhey Paap Paapey Mrittyu.’ Amin Khan and Riaz acted against her in that film. Under Jakir Hossain Razu’s ‘E Jibon Tomar Aamar’ Purnima started her acting career in big screen. She got the National Film Award for first time for acting in Kazi Hayat’s movie ‘Ora Amake Bhalo Hotey Dilo Na’ in 2010.
