The annual election of the Premier University Law Alumni Association, Chittagong for 2017-2018 session was held recently at its Hazari lane campus in city.
Chief Election commissioner Advocate Rubayet Hasnat Tasnim conducted the election in direct ballot casting
.In the election, a 17 members executive committee was elected .
The newly elected executive members viz. President -Shoeb Uddin Khan,Vice President Salma Marium, General Secretary-Sanjoy Biswas, Joint Secretary -Shuvashish Sharma, Organizing Secretary -Syeda Ashifa Sultana, Finance Secretary- Jahangir Alam, Office Secretary- SM Sakib Bin Sarwar, Cultural Secretary – Moinul Hossain Sohel , Information & Tech Secretary Md. Faisal Noor, Executive Members namely Md. Golam Morshed, Mujibur Rahman, Lelin Marma, Sabrina Mahmud, Aminul Islam Rana, Rakibuddin Jalal (Fahim) Gazi Irfan, and Md. Asaduzzaman Khan .
The previous committee handed over the official responsibilities to new committee at a simple function arranged at a city posh restaurant in city on December 10 last. Mentionable that out of total 1000 members, 862 members casted their vote in favour of their candidates , sources said.
