The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Monday set February 23 for submitting progress or final report on probe into the alleged crimes committed by Mymensingh Razakars Riajuddin Fakir and Wajiuddin.
The tribunal set the date accepting a time plea from prosecutor Hrishikesh Saha.
Amjad Ali, another accused in the case, died in hospital on September 4, 2015. He got seriously injured as the prison van carrying him along with Riajuddin, collided head-on with a bus in Rajendrapur area in front of National Park of Gazipur city on August 12.
The investigation agency already interrogated Riajuddin at their Dhanmandi safe house. Wajiuddin, however, is still at large.
