Several subcommittees have been formed for smooth holding of the 28th national conference of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) on July 25-26.
The two-day biennial conference of BCL, spearheading education, peace and progress in the country, will be held at historic Suhrawardi Udyan in the city.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend the conference as the chief guest, said a press release signed by BCL Office Secretary Sheikh Russell.
The conference preparatory activities are going under the supervision of BCL President HM Badiuzzaman Sohag and General Secretary Siddiqui Nazmul Alam.
According to the press release, a convening committee and 13 subcommittees have been formed to hold the BCL national conference properly.
