The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited was held on Thursday in the city.
In the meeting, the shareholders of the company approved 5 percent stock dividend for the year 2015.
The meeting was presided over by Dr. Mizanur Rahman Shelley, Chairman of the Company. S. M. Shafiqul Islam Mamun, Director and Chairman of Executive Committee, Engr. A.Z.M. Akramul Haq and Md. Nasiruddin Choudhury, Directors were present in the meeting.
Among others A.K.M. Shamsul Alam FCA, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee, Sufior Rahman Chowdhury, Independent Director, Arif Rahman and Bahadur Bapari, Alternate Directors were also present in the meeting.
Along with a good number of shareholders, A.S.M. Feroz Alam, Sponsor of the Company was also present in the meeting, Abdul Hamid Mia Managing Director, Masqur Ahmed, Additional Managing Director, Mostafa Alam FCA, partner of Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co., Auditor, Subash Chandra Moulick FCS, Senior Vice President and Company Secretary and Sumon C. Karmokar, Senior Vice President & Head of Credit of the Company were also took part in the AGM.
