The number of candidates in the election of Beanibazar Upazila Parishad election in Sylhet has increased as much as the exact day of the election.
From the morning to the uninterrupted late night, campaigning in the Upazila Parishad election, candidates and candidates of the post of Chairman and Vice-chairman rival candidates Everywhere.
The candidates contesting each other in their respective positions, continued their ongoing election campaign with their supportive voter activists. Candidates are coming out at the door of the voters along with the sunrise.
In the grassroots level of the upazila, leaders and activists of the party are running. In different unions, voters are calling their voters in the form of their identities to householders, shops, jute and business people besides their respective identities.

A total of 11 candidates, including Vice Chairman (male) and vice chairman (female), have participated in the election. Meanwhile, Bangladesh Awami League nominated Ataur Rahman Khan, Power (Boat), independent Candidate Abul Kashem Pallab (Airplane), Md. Zakir Hossain (Pineapple), Shamim Ahmed (Motor Bike), JAPA nominated Abul Hasnat (Inkpot) and Alkas Ali (Horse).
Candidates for the Vice Chairman (male) are Md. Khosrul Haque (Sunglass), Jamal Hossain (lock), Mamunur Roshid (Parot).
Candidates of Rukshana Begum Lima (Football), Hasina Begum (Duck), Jahanara Begum (Parot) are the contestants for the female vice-chairman post.
It is to be noted that, against the 89 polling centers in 10 union and one Puroshava of the upazila, total voters including men and women 2,53,370.
