ICC CWC: Pakistan not to play in India!

Pakstan will not play in India in the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup, which is scheduled to be held from March 8. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has submitted a letter to International Cricket Council recently saying that the bilateral situation between the two countries is not in favour of Pakistan to take part in the Cricket World Cup.
PCB has proposed ICC to arrange the ICC Cricket World Cup in a neutral venue. It may be Sri Lanka or United Arab Emirates.
Chairman of PCB Shahryar Khan said, ” We said to ICC that to play in India in Cricket World Cup is totally depend on Pakistan Government. If it is risky for Pakistan team to play in India, Pakistan Government will think the matter. There is a risk for Pakistan team that the fanatic group of India may attack Pakistan team.”
