Bangladesh Airline Pilots’ Association thanked Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for inspecting ‘Hangsabalaka’, the 2nd Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner of Biman Bangladesh Airlines. “We do always feel inspired at your (PM) unbounded sincerity and cooperation towards the national flag carrier, established by Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman,” pilots said in a statement signed on Thursday by the association’s President Captain Mahbubur Rahman and General Secretary Captain Syed Nazmul Hasan. The statement said pilots are enormously happy and overwhelmed with joy as the Prime Minister gave time to inspect the new brand new aircraft despite of her busy schedule. The pilots lauded the Prime Minister’s bold leadership and time befitting steps to infuse dynamism and modernization into the operation of Biman Bangladesh Airlines by procuring 10 brand new aircraft.
