Colonel Taher Sangsad
A discussion on ‘Feere Dekha: November 7’ (Looking Back: November 7) organised by Colonel Taher Sangsad was held in front of TSC of Dhaka University on Saturday.
Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President and Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu was present as the chief guest. While addressing Inu said General Ziaur Rahman was Mir Jafar (traitor) in disguise. The army general was the mastermind behind the killing of Bangabandhu, he said. President of the sangsad Haider Akbar Khan Rono presided over the discussion. Vice-Presidents of the sangsad Prof Anwar Hossain and Dr Mustak Hossain and Prof of DU Economics Department MM Akash addressed the discussion, among others.
