Haji Badiul Alam, father of UNB senior reporter Abdur Rahman Jahangir, died at a city hospital on Monday. He was 97.
Badiul Alam, who had long been suffering from lung infection and other old age complications, breathed his last at People’s Hospital in city’s Khilgaon area.
Alam left behind his wife, four sons, three daughters and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
