Neymar, Messi joint-highest scorers now

Prolific striker Neymar of Brazil and Majestic Lionel Messi of Argentina are now the joint-highest scorers of 2014 FIFA World Cup,so far. The two stars of this year’s greatest show on earth scored four goals each playing their respective three matches.
In the inaugural Group A match, Neymar scored two goals against Croatia. But in the next match he failed to score any goal against Mexico. The match between Brazil and Mexico ended in a goalless draw.
Later, Neymar scored two goals against Cameroon.
Majestic Lionel Messi scored one goal against Bosnia in his first Group F match.
Messsi scored the all-important goal against Iran in his second match which helped Argentina to earn a lone goal victory against minnows Iran.
Later, Messi scored two goals against African Super Eagles Nigeria in his last Group F match.
On the other hand, Robben of Netherlands, Thomas Muller of Germany and Karim Benzema of France are breathing on their neck with three goals each.
Germany faced USA in their last Group G match on Thursday night. If Thomas Muller of Germany could score any goal then the scenario will be changed and Muller’s name will take place with Neymar and Messi.
