Launching ceremony of noted Tagore artiste Nandita Yasmin’s solo album titled Chhondobondhon-e was held at Bengal Shilpalaya in the city’s Dhanmondi area on Friday night.
Bengal Foundation has released the album.
Deputy High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh Sandeep Chakraborty unveiled cover of the album, while noted educationist Dr Anisuzzaman and Director General of Bengal Foundation Luva Nahid Chowdhury were also present on the occasion. There are 10 tracks in the album. These are: 1) Eki sotto sokol-e sotto, 2) Aamar nishit raat-er badoldhara, 3) Aji e anandosondhya, 4) Adhora madhuri dhorechhi chhondobondhon-e, 5) Joy tobo bichitro anando, hey kobi, 6) Pushpobon-e pushpo nahi, 7) Esho hey esho sajal ghono, 8) Biroho modhur holo aji, 9) Biswa-binarobey biswojon mohichhey and 10) Sokol-e phuralo swaponprai.
