During childhood Sanzida Mahmood Nandita has been getting many awards and prizes for rendering song. After starting her career as a singer, she for the first time got an award as a part of her professional recognition. She got RTV-Star Award 2018 in category of ‘Popular Choice in Music’ recently.
After getting the award Nandita shared her feelings by this way, “Earlier I couldn’t believe about getting the award because many reputed names were in the nomination list. When Alam Sir announced my name I really became excited. I am grateful to all. Everybody pray for me as I can render song successfully.”
Meanwhile, Nandita’s new song has been released under the banner of Ceylon Music Lounge. She rendered Aroti’s song titled Ogo moner duarey dariye thekona. While talking in this regard she said, “It was really a tough song. Everybody appreciated my rendering song. I am satisfied in this regard.”
Nandita also informed that today she will perform in a programme at the University of Dhaka.
