On the occasion of Mujib’s centenary, Md. Mokbul Hossain Member of Parliament for Pabna-3 and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Land Ministry, distributed 23 sewing machines among poor and meritorious girls in Bhangura (Pabna) on Monday.
The machines were provided free of cost to 23 girls from four institutions in Pabna- 3 constituency (Bhangura-Chatmohar and Faridpurupazila) received from the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs at the function held at the MP’s residence in Bhangura.
Among others, Imran Hassan Arif, President Bhangura Upazila Chhatra League, Azida ParveenPakhi, Upazila Mahila Vice Chairman, Md. Zakir Hossain, Senior Vice President Upazila Awami League, Amirul Islam, Office Secretary of Awami League, Ibnul Hassan Shakil, Youth League Leader and Sharif Mahmud Sanju, Principal Chatmohar Women’s Degree College were present on the occasion.
