Former US first lady Michelle Obama is launching a children’s cooking show titled Waffles + Mochi on Netflix. Mrs Obama will play a supermarket owner opposite Waffles and Mochi, who are from The Land of Frozen Food, reports BBC. The children’s cooking show comes as a production deal between Netflix and the production company she founded with her husband, former president Barack Obama. In Waffles + Mochi, she will help the pair of puppets, who have become tired of eating ice and now dream of becoming chefs. Guided by their magical flying shopping trolley, they travel the world to try an array of home-cooked food.
