Ingredients:
1 Boiled basmati rice 300gm
2 Cinnamon stick 1 Gm
3 Cumin 5gm
4 Cabbage 200gm
5 Mace 1gm
6 Paprika
7 Nutmeg 1gm
8 Olive oil 20 Ml
9 Tomato Puree 200gm
10 Fata cheese 20gm
11 Amul butter 50gm
12 Salt 5gm
Method:
Season the boiled rice with salt, cumin, mace, paprika and nutmeg. Keep it aside.
Blanch the cabbage leaves in hot water and cool it.
Roll the cabbage leaves with the seasoned rice and heat it in the oven for 10 minutes
Make the sauce with butter, tomato puree and feta cheese
Arrange the rolled cabbage leaves over the sauce and serve hot.
