Engineer Md Mahbubur Rahman has been reappointed Chairman of the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) again.
Deputy Secretary Rafiqul Islam of the Contracts and Foreign Recruitment Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration signed the notification of BPDB Chairman’s
appointment on Thursday.
According to the law of Bangladesh Power Development Board (PDB), Engineer Md. Mahbubur Rahman has been appointed Chairman (Grade-1) of BPDB with effect from September 1 for one year from the date of joining, subject to suspension of his retirement leave and related benefits.
Earlier on January 31, the government had appointed Mahbubur Rahman as PDB Chairman.
