Budget of Madhabpur Municipality for the financial year 2020-2021 has been announced without any new tax. Madhabpur Municipality Mayor Habibur Rahman Manik announced the proposed budget of Tk 41.62 crore at a press conference at Madhabpur Officers’ Club on Wednesday morning. The development income has been estimated at Tk 36 crore.
Municipal Secretary Mohammad Aminul Islam, Press Club President Mohiuddin, Secretary Sabbir Ahsan, Accounts Officer Hirendra Pal, Journalist Rokon Uddin Laskar, Shankar Pal Sumon, Alauddin Al Rony, Ayub Khan, Abu Nasar Jamal, Rajib Dev spoke at the press conference presided over by the Municipal Mayor.
